Built to lead in the field
A command vehicle has to get wherever the incident commander needs to be – regardless of road conditions, season or terrain – and carry the equipment needed for command and communications. Our command vehicles are already in use as incident command vehicles by fire and rescue services across Sweden.
Two sizes, the same precision
Nilsson XC90 Command Vehicle
Also known as the Commander. A unique set of original Volvo components built to withstand heavy loads in terms of speed and weight. All-wheel drive is standard, and the 225 mm ground clearance provides capability in all conditions.
Nilsson XC60 Command Vehicle
The same idea in a more compact format. All-wheel drive, a 250 hp B5 Petrol Mild Hybrid and an 11.4 m turning circle make it easy to manoeuvre in urban areas and at the scene.
